steps to answer this question : draw the rectangle PQRS on a Cartesian plane (follow coordinate given) find distance by using formula \[d = \sqrt{(X2-X1)^2 + (Y2-Y1)^2}\] then you have length of all sides.. use formula length x length to find area.. sum of all sides is calculate to find perimeter..
