a Man wants to buy a book that costs 300.00. He borrows $150 from one frined and $150.00 from another friend. When he buiys the book it is on sale for $250.00. Now he has $50.00 left. He give each friend $10.00, now he owes them $140.00 each. Together, he owes them $250.00. He still has $30.00 in his hand but $280 + $30 = $310.00. Where did the extra $10 come from?
