The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has tried since 1947 to include in the agenda the independence of Palestine. Saudi Arabia was not the unique Arabian country to try this: Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon and Syria have also tried to make Palestine an independent country. The Roadmap, stated by the quartet, searches a permanent two-state solution.

As far as I can determine (this is not something I typically deal with), there should be no comma between "our Royal Highness" and "Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz." The name is *not* considered a restatement of the title. The two are instead conjoined into one phrase.
