what does demand specification mean? in the sense that I'm doing a project on the chocolate industry and i need to name a demand specification for it

This sounds a little vague, i.e. missing context here. I would think it would mean that we are talking here about a breakdown of various demands for chocolate, i.e. raw chocolate for bakeries, prepackaged chocolate for retail, and so forth
