Can somebody teach me some tweaks on how to speed up my internet connection?

Huawei Broadband, and I'm only using either Mozilla or Chrome.

use a downloader like flashget for downloading....

here's a good way to. you need to get a fire wall if you don't have one. i would suggest
that you use WATCHGUARD. after that was put on my computer my enternet is running really fast. also i would suggest just to use mozzila firefox. google chrome it doesn't respond quite a bit. i used to use it all the time till one day it wouldn't respond. then when i restarted it same thing and so on.
