what are the effects of green house.
tempereature rise
Do you mean greenhouse gases? If so, mulyani is right, the answer is temperature rise and global warming.
The answer is that more solar energy will be trapped in the Earth's atmosphere. In general, that will lead to a rise in global temperature - but the global climate patterns in different regions (like the various deep and surface ocean current and atmospheric phenomenon like ENSO and the North Atlantic Oscillation) are so incompletely understood that climate scientists can only predict local changes in climate pattern. As the various forcings - to use a computational term - become more extreme, they will probably result in higher frequency and magnitude of extreme weather events (with serious economic, social and humanitarian consequences). The jury is still out on whether at some point the forcings will reach a "tipping point" - instead of relaxing back to stable conditions, a new and possibly unstable climate pattern will emerge - or whether for that matter they have already.
