How do I round a fraction to the tenths?

OpenStudy (ash2326):

if you have 1.234 for rounding upto tenths, you need only 1 digit after decimal point, here we'll have 1.2 but do keep a tab on the digit after the 1 st digit if it's greater than 5, say we have 1.67 here 7 is greater than 5 so it'll be rounded to 1.7 (increase 6 to 7) but if we had 1.63 then it'll remain as 1.6

OpenStudy (ash2326):

one more point if we have 1.65 , notice the digit before 5 it's 6 it's an even, here it won't be rounded off 1.6 but if we had 1.35 it'll be rounded off to 1.4
