I have a problem with my account. When people become my fans the XP doesn't increase?

You only earn XP for medals and achievements, not being "fanned" by other users. At least that is my understanding of it.

That is correct blue. Usually they go hand in hand (people become your fans after they give you medals, etc) but there is no direct correlation - sorry!
