Is a simple graph a graph with no loops and no double/triple, etc edges?

That sounds like a simple graph to me. Remember it also has to be undirected, but you probably aren't worried about that.
have no clue what undirected means, so im not worried about that
Basically, it means you could only go one way along the edges. Makes things more complicated.
