If you are familiar w/ Eclipse , I suggest Eclipse w/ PyDev. The other options are could be IPython , The Eric Python IDE and Pyscripter.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
I say any will do untill you are skilled enough to form an opnion but I do like eclipse for Android, Java, Red5 and WOWZA dev. :)
