You could create one, but it's unlikely anyone would come. Stick to the large study sections.

But, I would like somehting diverse. I know people from across the Globe- I'm in the US- use this site. Maybe if they were to do some language and needed some help in it, or they wanted to learn a new language, then I could help them.
