find the derivative, step by step if possible. 13-7cos(pi*x) confused on what to do first subtract 13-7 or not,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you cant just subtract the 7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not sure tried doing 13-7 first getting 6 then using the product rule with (6)(cos(pi*x)) but the online homework didn't work,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the 7 is multiplied by the cos

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i dont think you can subtract it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im going to try and bust out a few more tries with out subtracting real quick

OpenStudy (anonymous):

answer 6sin(pi*x)(pi) derivative of 17 is 0, then pull out the negative 6 and use the chain rule to get the rest if anybody was wondering
