the poem Two households, both alike in dignity, In fair Verona, where we lay our scene, From ancient grudge break to new mutiny, Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean. From forth the fatal loins of these two foes 5 A pair of star-cross'd lovers take their life; Whose misadventured piteous overthrows Do with their death bury their parents' strife. The fearful passage of their death-mark'd love, And the continuance of their parents' rage, 10 Which, but their children's end, nought could remove, Is now the two hours' traffic of our stage; The which if you with patient ears attend, What here shall miss, our toil shall strive to mend.

Ok, foresight means to give information as to what is going to occur in the future. So look at the sonnet and pick some of the key words, phrases or lines that demonstrate what is to happen in the story. Also explain what about those words, phrases or lines tell us what is to happen. Just to get started, the opening lines tell us that it is set in an everyman's town of Verona and involves to very similar, in their own right, families. Simple, see? :) I do not believe that they are asking you for detailed interpretation. Just look at it simply for what it says. And ask more questions as you go. Happy to help.... if this is helpful.

in terms of part B, there are loads of adaptations to R & J. West-Side Story, most notably. But think, boy meets girl, one from the wrong side of the tracks (according to each family), a love affair ensues and ultimately a tragedy. Think of what in stories that you know or in real life instances (historical or current) where this scenario/plot may be paralleled.
