It is present at the center of the root, surrounded by the pericycle, and has the vascular tissues like xylem, phloem, and cambium inside it. B. It is present towards the boundary of the root, lined by the cortex, and has the tissues like parenchyma and collenchyma inside it. C. Well the stele is the central core of the stem and root of a vascular plant so I think the answer is probably A.
