can anyone quickly explain to me the theory of relativity and 3rd dimension space bend and time curvature?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you have any background in relativity at all?

I think the correct answer to your question is "no". Spacetime curvature is a feature of the General theory of relativity, which is considerably more advanced than the Special theory of relativity which must be understood first.
