Otherwise the answer is unfortunately no, because it's fairly subtle.... but we can give you the basic idea.

I think the correct answer to your question is "no". Spacetime curvature is a feature of the General theory of relativity, which is considerably more advanced than the Special theory of relativity which must be understood first.
