again get that mixed fraction into a regular fraction
53/8 - 1/6
then find the common denominator and the rest is like the previous example (btw common denominator is 24)
\[\left(6+\frac{5}{8}\right)-\frac{1}{6}=\frac{155}{24} \]
6 5/8 - 1/6 = 53/8 -1/6 = (3*53 -4)/24 =(159 -4)/24 =155/24 = 6 11/24
