It also says to Add zeros until the quotient is zero. Here are the problems: 7/8 = 5/8 =

Take the first number, leave it the same, then change divide to multiply, and use the recriprocal of the other number. EX: 1/2 / 3/4 is the same as 1/2 * 4/3 = 4/6 which simplifies to 1/3. :)
