Find the domain of the composite function FoG F(x)=square root of x G(x)=5x+2C

OpenStudy (stacey):

You can only take the square root of 0 or a positive number, so the domain of F is \[\left\{ x|x \ge0 \right\}\] This means that for the composite function we need \[5x+2c \ge0\] or \[x \ge-2c/5\]
