help with?
See Attachment . Problems 35-39 .
Is this your geometry test?
It's a test of knowledge to see if I remember what I reviewed . Which right now, i forgot at the moment.
So what parts do you remember and which parts do you forget?
I remember everything but that parts 35-39. That's where I need help .
Ah, measure of interior angles. :) Ok, this one all you need is TWO pieces of info: 1) How many degrees are in a triangle? 2) How many triangles are there in the figure you're trying to figure out?
For a 5 sided polygon the total sum of all the angles inside is 540 degrees. So just form a equation, a+b+c+d+e = 540 a is 180degrees minus m, b is 180degrees minus s, and so on so forth according to the diagram. Result in the below 180degrees -( 5x+8) + 180degrees -(4x+3) +180degrees-(2x+5) + 180degrees - 3x + 180degrees - (6x+4) = 540degrees 900degrees - (20x +20) = 540degrees 20x +20 = 360 degrees x + 1 = 18 degrees x = 17 degrees since u have x, u can find all the other angles already. On a sidenote, this question is flawed. All the numbers are missing the degree sign. Without which, this question might have been a lot harder.
Thank you . :)
