A triangle has 40,50, and 9 degree angles. how do you classify the triangle by its angel? Can the triangle be a equalateral? why or why not? Can the triangle be isosceles? why or why not? Can you classify the triangle by its side? why or why not? Please help, thanks (:

OpenStudy (mertsj):

That cannot be a triangle because the angles do not add up to 180 degrees.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, all triangles add up to 180 degrees. Also, if the angles are all less than ninety, then the triangle is an acute triangle. If one of the angles is very large and the other two are very small, then it's an obtuse triangle. If one angle is 90degrees then the triangle is a right triangle.

Is that suppposed to be a 90?
