Any two sides are greater than the third side so it definitely is a possible triangle. 

If it were a right angle triangle, 

sqrt(9) = sqrt(7) + sqrt(4) 

Not true hence not a right triangle. 

So it has to be obtuse or acute. You have to construct two trianglesto figure that out.
