how plant do respiration as there is no respiratory organ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They still have mitochondria which they fuel with carbohydrates from the photosyntheis, and the actual gas exchange generally happens by diffusion, which works totally fine due to the layout of living cells within plants.
