It would be nice to know a little more info.  Which operating system are you using?  Are you using a server based environment?  This greatly affects your ability to do what you are wanting to do.

thanks @CollinChris , my all pc is windows xp and i have no server. I connect all pc class c ip and common gateway  ip. I want to know about those software which fullfil my desire if have any?

Are you using Win XP Pro?  You will need to set up user accounts on each individual machine.  Then you will have to go back and look at the logs to see who logged on and when.  There is no easy way that I know of to do what you want without a server.
