i know this doesn't have anything to do with this but it is kinda important. Are you supposed to feel pain after a stress fracture is healed?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, it is possible that the area of the fracture is more sensitive (this is called hyperalgesia). Based on personal experience, it can take a while (circa 2 months) till you regain normal sensation. If it is too painful, you should visit a doctor right away. Maybe it is not totally healed..

its been about 2 months since i started, But i went to the doctor today. Is it possible that it could just mean its weak and it just trying to regain strength?

It could be possible.. bone structure is always changing due to the applied level of pressure.
