You could say "Sólo estoy empezando" for "I'm just starting" as opposed to just saying "I'm starting"

"Acabo de empezar" could be fine as well. "Recién empiezo" is less neutral.

the "just" adds a timing , meaning a recent event has just taken place so both mariella's and backmind's are pretty good examples
