How are these integrals related

\[\int{dx\over a^2-x^2}={1 \over 2a} ln|{x+a \over x-a}|+c\]

\[\int{dx \over x }=ln|{x}|+c\]

i was tring to use the wont one in a question and a it dident work out at all
