VMD Question: Off the top of anyone's head, how do I turn the background white instead of black? I typically use Molden; however, for various involved reasons to do with program architecture I need to use VMD for this particular job and I cannot remember the right command.

Any help would be appreciated.

Wrong section, go to computer science and tell them what program your using give more context as well

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?

OpenStudy (blues):

As VMD is a bioinformatics program for visualizing protein structures, I think it's more likely that a biologist would know how to use the program than a computer scientist...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Awh I see the program is VMD im not familiar with that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ive used Auto CAD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think its similar maybe. It's for designing and engineering and what not.

OpenStudy (blues):

I don't think it's similar. Molecular dynamics systems are pretty specialised. But thanks anyway... ;D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Np, sorry I couldnt help. Im positive you will find the answer online. Google. Or try the help button in the program. :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you take a look at my new question

OpenStudy (blues):

Ah, I figured it out. :D
