Using factorials or permutations, how many arrangements are there of the letters in the word 'statistics?'
I know the answer is 50400 but I have no idea how to work it out, also is the '?' counted as a letter in this calculation?

total combination is 10! (there are 10 letters)
you have to divide 10! by 3! 3! and 2!
\[10!/(3!3!2!) = 50400\]
