hello, i'm new here. I have some questions. First of all how can i enter the exams and get certificate ?

The problem sets and exams for OCW courses, including 6.00 are not graded. Nor can you get a certificate. MIT has launched a new initiative called MITx, which will provide certificates. The first course to be offered under the program is for "Circuits and Electronics." It's free and you can get a certificate for completing the course. There will be other courses offered in the future through MITx. More information is available here:
