what is the value of x that will make quadrilateral RSTU into a parallelogram? side R =6cm side S = (6x-8)cm side T = 6cm Side U = (4x-2)cm

By side R, do you mean segment RS or segment RU? Same question for the other points. Segments are named by their two endpoints.
