the volume of a box is given by the formula v=lwh the volume of the box is 96cu units w=x l=x+2 h=4

So... you would plug those values into the V = lwh equation and find x, along with the l and w values once you find x and plug them back into the original l and w.

oh, and you would only use the positive x value since you can't have a negative length. (I don't know if you know, so I'm just including that to be thorough!)
