\[2^2+^\sqrt3\over \sqrt2\]\[\sqrt8 \over 2^3+^\sqrt3\] multiply these together

the top of one fraction and the bottom of the other cancel out leaving u with sqrt(8)/sqrt(2) = 2*sqrt(2)/sqrt(2) = 2
