Cellulose --> glucose B Starch --> glucose A Starch can be broken down in the human body, cellulose can't.

starch is a polysaccharide comparising of amylose and amylopectin...it contains Beta glycosidic linkage between the alpha glucose...cellulose is made up of Beta linkage among Beta glucose which cannot be broken down by our body
