Look at the top rectangle, its area is: N*Q = 10*1 = 10 ft^2
Look at the bottom rectangle, it's area is just T*S = 2*10=20ft^2

ohh sorry misread it

The perimeter is: N+2Q+2S+T+____ that side with the dotted line
That side is R and the right of the dotted line
That side x: R+(N-T-R) P = N+2Q+2S+T+R+(N-T-R)
lgba i gotta go, just substitute for values
N = 10 ft, Q = 1 ft, R = 3 ft, S = 10 ft, and T = 2 ft P = 10 + 1 + 20 +2 +3 + (10-2-3) = 11+22+3+5=33+8=41
