i mean come on, y = 2 is a straight horizontal line which is two units above the x-axis

Patience is the key - Bailey - remeber to find intercepts set the other one to zero. In this case you are give y = 2 and there is no x to sset to zero so the answer is x = 0 y = 2 or (0,2)
