my teacher said if theres no pages we cite like this (Sec. Name of Site)

Always do it the way your teacher wants it done. I have even broken APA rules to satisfy the instructor. They are the final word when grading the paper.

By sec does he mean write sec and the section number or write out the section number or just sec???

I would use use Sec. So (Sec. 2, Name of site). I don't believe this is actually MLA, but like I said, play by the teachers rules.
