I need help with 14x2 +21x/2x2 +x-3 (The xs with the 2 after are supposed to both be x squared but I can't make the 2 small)

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

you use ^ to denote exponents :D

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

anyway multiply everything by x^2 12x^4 + 21x + x^3 - 3x^2 x(12x^3 +x^2 - 3x + 21) i recommend strongly to use synthetic division here...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 14x^2 +21x/2x^2 + x -3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{7x}{x-1}\] factor and cancel

OpenStudy (anonymous):

numerator is \[7x(2x+3)\] denominator is \[(x-1)(2x+3)\] cancel the \[2x+3\]

Thank you!
