why a moving electron have a Magnetic Field ???

OpenStudy (backmind):

Hi there, first response in here for me. You will see, any charge in movement, even a electron, generates a magnetic field, as Hans Christian Oersted discovered.

You can find the answer in the Feynman's lecuture volume 2. It is concerned with Relativity.

Hi, as I know every body which posses electric field will also produce a magnetic field while in motion, and every body posses magnetic field will produce a electric field around it while in motion. Its a property and nature of electric body that Magnetic field and electric field is relative in nature.

as ajay is saying..... more precisely we can say.... changing electric fild produce magnetic field and changing magnetic field produces electrirc field..... so as electron has charge and hence changing electric field.... so in motion it will give magnetic field
