Doesnt 8.01 cover them? You can break down the syllabus and use google to learn them.

Thank You, I just recently decided on this path so I am not yet well versed in the vocabulary. I can't tell just from the course names. Thanks Again

Arcticf0x is right. You can also check 7.06 'Cell Biology', 7.60 or 7.28 'Molecular Biology'
