I'm unclear what you want. Are looking for a sample paper that has citations and reference listed properly? If so what style format (APA, MLA, etc)?

the google knows...with just your info given - "sample for research paper including works cited" give 26 million hits and it starts with MLA if that is what you are using.  If you need a different style add that to the search.  And to make it quicker, advanced search and limit to .edu sites

Conversely, you could always ask you friendly local research librian if they have any such templates in the stacks or on file.
