"First Question" icon has a flaw - I have seen some users ask a question and then delete it as soon as they have got a reply. This means that whenever they post another question it always appears as if its their first question - giving it undue attention over others. Can this be fixed?

Please warn these users. That's not acceptable behavior, unless they've messed up their question or something. I actually thought we called this out explicitly in the code of conduct, but we don't. We may have to add that in. Or, rather, don't necessarily warn them, but try to determine why they're doing it.
