Well that might explain how they are related. AB and CD apparently shares the same point (3,6)

If those points are correct, the figure is a triangle.

It's like two separate segments that so happen to share the same point.

1) Find the distance of each side, if they are the same, then AB=CD as equal sides of a triangle.
