what is the application of centrifugal/centripetal force in centrifuging machine?

Roller coaster cars are forced through a loop by the track applying a centripetal force on them. A reactive centrifugal force is applied to the track by the cars. consider this a stone that i am whirling with a string the string provides tension pulling stone inside that gives centripetal acceleration the reaction of stone the reaction by pulling the string is a pseudo force so in the case of centrifuging machines there are test tubes with liquid connected to some rotating device the liquid experiences centripetal force by glass and it exerts a reaction on the glass centrifugal these disturbance inside create a cyclone effect mixing the solution u can see this video for s better picture http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/physics/8-01-physics-i-classical-mechanics-fall-1999/video-lectures/lecture-5/ at 35:35

Hey, I would tell you the practical example on board the ships. We need to feed purified oil in the main engine and auxiliary engines. What we do is, we use a purifier for the same. We fill up a daily tank from the settling tank by allowing the fuel to pass through the purifier. In the purifier, we have many discs which rotates at the rpm of around 9000rpm and with the help of centripetal force, the impurities will fall away and stick to the stationery surface.
