I assume you mean:
y= (4x/5) -2
y intercept ( 0, -2)
x intercept ( 2.5, 0)
x = 5 -> y = 4 -2 = 2
x = -5 -> y = -4 -2 = -6
Now connect (0, -2), ( 5, 2) and ( -5, -6) -> Line!
