Do you know a site where I can chat with a native speaker of the USA or or an English country ?? I want to improve my English thus I need a friend from there.

I am not very up on the whole social network thing --- can you get to the American version of facebook.com from Argentina? Post some interesting things about Argentina and start accumulating American friends...
there is also twitter which would kind of be the same

Or find a blog on a subject that interests you see if they have an active forum?
