Hi , I'm new at this open course thing and I wander how to register my self at such course??! or there is no need for that ?

you don't need to register for open courseware. However, they're starting a new thing called "mitx", to which Tweedle_Dee just posted the link. They're using 6.002 as the first course. If you want more than just access to the videos, then you can register at the link just mentioned.
