i believe u can use the undo button
yes in every thread someone mentions undo function, but it deletes all part of drawing which was made without lifting mouse button however sometimes you want to erase just a small piece of drawing and if you click undo major part may dissappear, of course you may try to draw in small burst so undo would work but it's inconvenient. Also undo probably won't work if you copy someone's else drawing.
