increase: 20%-10%+(1/6*100)%=(80/3)%, approximately 26.67%
It is exactly 26%.
1(1+0.2)(1-0.1)(1+1/6) = 1(1.2)(0.9)(7/6) = (6/5)(9/10)(7/6) = 63/50 = 126/100 = 1.26, or an increase of 26%.
