wat is the surface area of a square

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6*side^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\text{Area} = \text{Height} \times \text{Width}\]

Sup multiply the area of the square to find the surface area

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The area of a rectangle is height times width. For a square, the height and width are the same, so it's width times width, or (width)^2. If you're taking about a cube though, then it's the surface area of one of the sides (which is a square) times 6 (the number of sides on a cube).
