you have a machine that tells you exactly how much work in joules is put into a machine and how much work was produced. The input is; 345 joules, and output is; 330 joules. The law of conservation of energy states that Fi should equal Fo. How can you explain the "lost" 15 joules?

When you drive your car, it takes in more energy that it puts out in accelerating the car. Where did that energy go?
